Delta Gamma Iota is committed to serving the Muncie community through hands-on volunteerism. Below are a few of our most impactful service projects.

Muncie Animal Shelter

Our chapter volunteers regularly at the Muncie Animal Shelter, helping with cleaning, organizing supplies, walking dogs, and supporting adoption events. This partnership allows our chapter to give back directly to the animals and families of the Muncie community.

Brothers work hands-on to maintain a safe and loving environment for the animals while also assisting shelter staff with daily tasks. This service project continues to be one of our chapter’s most rewarding opportunities.

Holidays at Gresham

Holidays at Gresham is an annual drive-through Christmas light experience hosted by Meridian Health Services at the Suzanne Gresham Center. Thousands of families attend each year to enjoy the festive displays.

Our brothers volunteer by assisting with traffic flow, greeting families, and helping maintain a smooth and joyful event. It remains one of our most cherished service traditions.
